ONLINE PAYMENTS
One-time or recurring payments can be added to your student’s meal account at any time by logging into Infinite Campus Parent Portal at portal.seq.org with the same user name and password used to complete your student’s on-line registration. Click on the PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS tab on the left hand side of this page for instructions on how to make an online payment. Click the button on the left hand side of the page to make an online payment.
 
PAPER CHECK PAYMENTS
Paper checks are accepted at the cafeteria deposit lines. Please make checks payable to SUHSD FOOD SERVICES. There is no service fee associated with paper checks. You may also bring paper checks to the Food Services Central Kitchen located at 300 James Ave. Redwood City, CA 94062 between the hours of 7AM and 3PM on any school day.
 
CASH PAYMENTS
Cash payments may be made at the deposit lines on any school day between the hours of 6:30AM and 1:30PM (times may slightly vary depending on the school site). No change is given at the deposit lines, all cash deposited remains on the students Food Services account. For additional information on the refund process, see the "REFUND REQUEST" procedure below.
 
REFUND/DONATION REQUESTS
Refunds may be requested at anytime by clicking on the REFUND/DONATION request button on the left hand side of this page. PRocessing of refunds takes anywhere between 2-6 weeks from the day of request. Please ensure that your address is up to date on your Infinite Campus parent portal to ensure checks are mailed to the correct location. Donations to help pay off the negative balances of other students may also be made by using the same form. Simply select the "Donate funds to help the Free and reduced program" option upon completing the form.
