FOOD SERVICES MEAL SERVICE UPDATE (09/13/21)
ALL students districtwide will receive free meals (breakfast & lunch) for the 2021-22 school year. During this timeSUHSD will not collect Meal Applications.

Although all students will receive meals for free, that does not qualify them to receive the supplemental benefits that Free/Reduced families typically receive (i.e. Internet discounts, P-EBT Cards, cable discounts, bus passes, reduced college application fees, etc.). In order to qualify for those benefits, families will need to complete an "Alternative Income Form". This online form will be used to supplement the direct certifications that SUHSD normally carries out with San Mateo County and the State of California through CALPADS.

Please note that households with direct certified or categorically eligible children will not need to complete the Alternative Income Form.

PANDEMIC EBT UPDATE (03/01/21)
The Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) program gives food benefits to children. Your child may get P-EBT if they qualify for free or reduced-price meals at school. If you currently receive P-EBT benefits you will continue to receive your benefits until September 2021. If you have been approved for free and reduced Meal benefits for this school year, you should be receiving, or have received a P-EBT card in the mail.
For questions on how to apply and receive P-EBT benefits please contact the P-EBT Helpline at (877) 328-9677 office for help.
